Let's be honest, traveling to famous tourist destinations also means shelling more from our pockets for food, transportation, and even souvenirs. Such is the case when I visited Boracay Island. I already knew I would have to bring "more than what I thought I should bring" pocket money as also recommended by my friends.
During our 4D 3N stay there, it was imperative that we somehow stretch our budget until the last day and we could only do that with food! And so off we went to find a very affordable restaurant along the shores of Boracay Island.
Our friend Cyril suggested heading to Sensi's Pares Hilton which he was constantly passing by...
With a huge tarpaulin hanging on their entrance wall, it would be hard not to notice the affordable prices that go with their meals. And so without hesitation, we found ourselves climbing the stairs right away.
The dining area is but only a small space that would probably cater to about 15 people. I'm not sure though if the back area was an extension.
They offer a variety of Filipino rice meals like Chicken Silog, Tapsilog, and Lechon Silog where prices range from Php120 to Php205 ($2.18 or $3.73). And for the drinks, they offer Brewed Coffee - Php85 ($1.54), hot chocolate - Php 135 ($2.45), and different flavors of Fruit Milkshakes with prices ranging from Php135 to Php185 ($2.45 to $3.36)
So we ordered Tapsilog, Adobosilog, and Beef Pares with Unli Rice for me! Of course, I was only after what their famous "Beef Pares" tasted like and not the unlimited rice. 😏
While waiting for the food to be served, the crew asked me to take a photo of them and send it to their social media.
About 15 minutes later, our food was served one by one.
Beef Pares was delicious for me. Its sauce was over the top but I love its consistency and taste. The beef was so soft too. I was kind of surprised to find how I was liking my chosen meal that I couldn't say no to ordering another half rice just so I could savor every bit of it.
My friend who ordered the Tapasilog said his meal was more than okay than what he expected.
And another friend who ordered the Adobosilog said the meat was just cooked well with a savory taste.
We all enjoyed our meals to the last bit so our money wouldn't go to waste. My friend Cyril ordered a Banana Choco Milkshake which he let me take a sip and it was so refreshing. I regretted not ordering one for myself.
Aight. So if you are looking for affordable yet delicious food in Boracay Island, just look for Sensi's PARES HILTON along Station 3 right beside Boracay Galleria.

Wow mura nga siya below 200 yung prices
True!!! most prices from other restaurant would start with a minimum of 200+. buti nlng we saw this.
kaya nga.bihira lang mura jan kaya nung nakapunta ako jan kahit afam pa kasama ko naghahanap pa rin kami ng lugar na pwede kaming makasave at yung masarap din kahit mura
Wow! Chix kaau! Pares Hilton, hehe. When I read the name of the restaurant I then remember Paris Hilton and Beef Pares. Indeed, so affordable at 205 pesos plus unli rice, kalami ikaon dnhe. So yummy and I love the aesthetic vibes. Hehe
Trueee hehe. Filipinos always had a witty sense of humor in terms of naming their restaurants or stores.
Wow! This looks really cool. With the rice as one of their most served meals, I can now conclude that rice is universal. Hoping to visit such a cool place someday
Rice is life! 😂 but most especially for Filipinos. There are so many local places to explore and dine at.
Nice one mate! Nigerians appreciate rice the more. We even have a feud with a neighboring country over whose rice tastes better. You can look up the Ghana jollof vs Nigerian jollof rice saga online 😅🤣
Sensi's PARES HILTON Presenting delicious food of course
It's really scrumptious😋
Yes. affordable and yummy
Di talaga sa unli rice ang focus kasi masisira Ang diet mo hehehe..
The food all looks delicious and medyo makaya lang Ang price hehehe.
Recent lng tlga ko na discover ang Beef pares. haha.
Atleast na try ko na. Mura and masarap na.
Hala USA sa mga ganahan Nako kan on Ang beef pares. I can't find any in Bogo. Good thing you found an affordable restaurant in Boracay. I also love it's name.
You will find a many stores here selling Beef Pares in cebu city. one thing to add on your foodie bucket list.
Ano yon te don sa may meal nila, yung beef pares lang yung may unli rice? Mukhang ansarap te nung Tapsilog and Adobosilog kasi mukhang di talaga tinipid sa sangkap😂.
Yung lang din if you are indeed going for cheaper meals, the servings are ala carte. so buffet nlng if you love to satisfy your hunger. hehe
This is one of the amazing thing about going out to nice restaurants like this. You will be able to get variety of things to buy. I love this, you are making me crave already😃
And it hits different if you try local or exotic cuisines! 😁
