Feliz y bendecido inicio de semana día, un placer compartir de nuevo con ustedes, en esta ocasión les traigo la preparación de unos filetes de pechuga a la plancha aderezado con ajo y tomillo perfecto para acompañar todo tipo de contorno yo combine con una sencilla ensalada y arroz blanco para hacer de este plato una opción nutritiva para el almuerzo.

- 400 gramos de filete de pollo
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 2 papas
- 1 zanahoria
- 2 remolachas
- Sal al gusto
- pimienta con limón (condimento)
- Tomillo
- Mayonesa
- Mostaza
- Aceite de oliva
- 400 grams of chicken fillet

Lo primero que hago es lavar los filetes de pechuga y aderezo con sal, un condimento de limón y pimienta, tomillo, ajo machacado y un chorrito de aceite de oliva mezclo y dejo macerar por una hora aproximadamente.

En una plancha ligeramente engrasada pongo los filetes de pechuga a cocinar y volteo dorando por ambos lados.

Para la preparación de esta sencilla ensalada lavo bien las papa, la zanahoria y las remolachas, las pongo a cocinar en una olla con suficiente agua hasta ablandar al enfriar corto en cubos y las coloco en un bol, aderezo con sal, mayonesa y mostaza mezclo y lista la ensalada.
To prepare this simple salad I wash well the potatoes, carrots and beets, put them to cook in a pot with enough water to soften when cooled, cut into cubes and place them in a bowl, season with salt, mayonnaise and mustard, mix and the salad is ready.

Preparamos también un arroz colocando en una olla o paila tres cuarto taza de arroz y dos tazas de agua añadimos sal al gusto un poquito de cilantro y cocinamos hasta que el arroz este blando.
