Hello my friends of this community, a big greeting and hug for everyone; today I want to share with you an exquisite majarete carupanero style, we make this dessert every time we get together to share with the family, I hope you like it.
Hola mis amigos de esta comunidad, un gran saludo y abrazo para todos; hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un exquisito majarete al estilo carupanero, este postre lo realizamos cada vez que nos reunimos para compartir en familia, espero les guste.
Ingredients:
1 coconut
1 cup bread flour
1 cup sugar
Cinnamon stick
Cinnamon powder
Aniseed
Salt to taste
Ingredientes:
1 coco
1 taza de harina de pan
1 taza de azùcar
Canela en palo
Canela en polvo
Anís
Sal al gusto
<Place the coconut in the blender, add water and blend to extract the milk.
Colocamos el coco en la licuadora, añadimos agua y licuamos para extraer la leche.
<Blend the coconut milk with the flour and sugar.
Licuamos la leche del coco con la harina y el azúcar
<Place the mixture in a saucepan, add anise and cinnamon stick and put it on the fire.
Colocamos la mezcla en una olla, añadimos anís y canela en palo y lo llevamos al fuego.
<Mix until it boils, then remove from heat.
Mezclamos hasta que hierva, luego retiramos del fuego.
<Serve our Majarete and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Servimos nuestro Majarete y polvoreamos canela.
