Bulk Shake

Macros:

Cal: 1283
Fat: 43.5g
Carbs: 169.1g
Protein: 53.3g

Ingredients:

250ml oat milk/cow milk
2.5 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 table spoons greek yoghurt
2 table spoons nutella/peanut butter
1.5 scoops chocolate/vanilla whey protein
1 banana
30g oats
2 handfuls ice
Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe:

Chuck all ingredients in a blender and blend together for 30-60 seconds.

Sort:
