I was exposed in the food industry when I was still 17 years old and on than moment I realize that this is what I want and to know more until I get old haha!.
I have been in the food industry for more than 8 years but still too much too learn on my field..haha!😂 I explore from different restaurants in my city to gain more knowledge related to food from different concepts and cuisines but then
I realize it is still not enough so I decided to work on a ship like a passenger ship or cruise ship and thank god the agencies in my company give me an opportunity to work on that kind of environment. I started working on a cruise ship as a chef when I was 24 years old it was fun actually the same time nervous because its the first time that I will work far away from home for a long period of time.
It is quite challenging also because of the mix nationalities that you will be working with like you have different cultures ,believes and personalities. I also did make the right decision back then to start my journey as a chef in a cruise ship because of that I learn many things related to food from different countries and not only that I also have a privilege as a crew to move around the world without paying any penny just by working on a cruise ship just don't include the souvenirs when going back home haha!😂 and I am still currently working in the cruise industry and enjoying my work even though we are all affected by Covid-19 right now.
