Good day! today I will tell you the ingredients one of my favorite dish when I was still on board of the ship. This is also consider an appetizer/starter dish before the you'll start to eat on your main course. The name of the dish is Sauté mussel in white wine and chopped taragon.

Sauté Mussel in white wine and chopped taragon
Ingredients:
garlic
white onion
oil
fresh mussel
white wine
salt and pepper
taragon
chopped spring onion
garlic bread(optional)
fish stock

procedure:
-sauté first the garlic and onion with oil wait until slightly golden brown

  • put the fresh mussel and stir it slowly and after that you put the white wine
    -wait for the white wine to dissolve and absorb by the mussel
    -add the salt and pepper and put small amount of fish stock
    -prepare the garlic bread on the side(if you want to prepare garlic accompanied with the sauté mussel)
    -taste the mussel if the flavor is enough before serving.
    -garnished it with chopped spring onion on top

I forgot to mention about the mussel always double check the quality of the mussel in the market especially the texture, appearance and the smell. I hope you learn something from my blog
