Los ingredientes no son muchos y además la preparación de esta torta fría es muy sencilla.
The ingredients are not many and the preparation of this cold cake is very simple.
Necesitamos: / We need:
- 4 paquetes de galletas María
- 250 gr de chocolate oscuro
- Leche condensada (397 gr)
- Crema de leche (300 gr)
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina
- 3 ó 4 galletas de chocolate molidas
- 50 gr de lluvia de maní
- 50 gr de gotas de chocolate blanco
- 4 packages of Maria cookies
- 250 gr dark chocolate
- Condensed milk (397 gr)
- Milk cream (300 gr)
- 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
- 3 or 4 crushed chocolate cookies
- 50 grams of peanut rain
- 50 grams of white chocolate drops
Preparación: / Preparation:
En una olla echamos la leche condensada, la crema de leche y la mantequilla y los cocinamos a fuego medio por unos 5 minutos removiendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla esté homogénea.
In a pot, pour the condensed milk, the milk cream and the butter and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Luego agregamos el chocolate que previamente hemos picado en trozos y seguimos cocinando hasta que se funda por completo, teniendo cuidado de que la mezcla no hierva.
Then add the chocolate that we have previously chopped into pieces and continue cooking until it is completely melted, taking care that the mixture does not boil.
Removemos bien hasta que la crema de chocolate quede homogénea y con textura de pudín. Retiramos del fuego y la dejamos que se enfríe.
Stir well until the chocolate cream is homogeneous and has a pudding texture. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Después procedemos a montar nuestra marquesa, yo usé un molde rectangular, pero pueden ponerla en uno circular si prefieren. Mojamos cada galleta en leche rápidamete, sin dejar que se ablande mucho y vamos colocando la primera capa. Para los espacios vacíos partimos galletas y rellenamos.
Then we proceed to assemble our marquise, I used a rectangular mold, but you can put it in a circular one if you prefer. We dip each cookie in milk quickly, without letting it get too soft and we place the first layer. For the empty spaces we split the cookies and fill them.
Ahora echamos nuestra primera capa de crema de chocolate y encima un plus de sabor: lluvia de maní.
Now we pour our first layer of chocolate cream and on top of it a plus of flavor: peanut rain.
De esta manera vamos repitiendo las capas: galletas, crema de chocolate y lluvia de mani hasta que se nos terminen.
In this way we repeat the layers: cookies, chocolate cream and peanut rain until we run out.
En la última capa echamos sobre la crema de chocolate la galleta molida y una rica decoración más: gotas de chocolate blanco, ¿ven por qué digo que es una versión de lujo? ¡Extra sabor!
In the last layer we put the crushed cookie on top of the chocolate cream and one more rich decoration: white chocolate drops, see why I say it's a luxury version? Extra flavor!
La metemos en la nevera por unas 8 horas para que esté bien fría al servirla. Yo por ejemplo la preparé ayer en la tarde y la serví hoy como postre después del almuerzo. Una divinidad, así quedó:
We put it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours so that it is quite cold when we serve it. For example I prepared it yesterday afternoon and served it today as a dessert after lunch. A divinity, that's how it turned out:
