Hola Foodies! How's it going ?
Good to see you guys again on this great community! π
On this beautiful day, I would like to share my activity while grilling fish with my neighbors...
yes, honestly grilled fish is one of my favorite foods...
as we know, fish is a perfect source of protein, therefore eating fish can make us healthy π
And this time, we'll make grilled fish with a fairly simple recipe....
First of all, let's begin by the list of ingredients.
Ingredients:
1.) some fish (any type of fish, according to taste)
2.) pepper powder
3.) salt
4.) Water
5.) Soy sauce
6.) Butter
Item to use:
Fish grill and plate
Process:
1.) first of all, Clean the fish and slice a little on the skin. The fish scales should not be thrown away, because these scales will serve as the first layer that will protect the fish meat from being exposed to direct fire...
2.) mix pepper powder and a little salt then dissolve it with a little water, then coat the fish with the water that has been mixed...
3.) Prepare firewood and burn until the fire is burning. If you feel the firewood is smoldering, immediately place the fish grill on the coals...
4.) Then arrange the fish on the grill, make sure the distance between the fish and the coals is about 3 centimeters. Don't forget to apply a little butter on the skin of the fish...
5.) While waiting for the fish to be grilled, prepare a plate and mix the soy sauce and butter. If the fish has started to brown, apply the soy sauce and butter mixture to both sides of the fish
6.) Keep turning the fish on the grill so it doesn't burn, and when it's cooked, immediately remove the fish into a plate...
just from the picture, you can already see how delicious this grilled fish is π mmm yummy!! it's very tasty and appetizing...
