Seguimos por aquí complaciendo a los amantes del café y chocolate, primero que hablemos de los profiteroles que son pequeñas esferas de masa, livianas y deliciosas que forman parte importante de los postres franceses, rellenos de crema pastelera y crema de café hacen la combinación perfecta para complementar la torta moca, este pastel está conformado básicamente por crema de café, almíbar de café y biscocho de café con chocolate obviamente debía dársele un toque personal y que mejor combinación que con esos suaves profiteroles que al cortar una porción podemos ver entre capas, todo coronado con un majestuoso ganache de chocolate, les cuento que es algo extraordinariamente deliciosa, creo que se convirtió en una de mis tortas favoritas, y si hablamos de sabor para nadie es un secreto que el café y chocolate son una combinación sin igual.
