I have one favorite place to eat Padang satay. The place was called Sate Padang Inyak Datuak. I almost every month come here to taste the delicious Padang satay. Their location is not far from my parent's house, so if I visit my parents can be sure I also go to eat there.

Sate Padang Inyak Datuak uses one type of meat is beef. Satay Padang traditional do use beef, but now we can also find the Padang satay with chicken meat, shells, etc. The beef in this outlet has the shape of a slightly flattened but still contains. The meat is used without fat then seasoned and burned when you want to serve. I see there is a bit of grated coconut in the meat, which it turns out is a mixture of herbs the secret of the Sate Inyak Datuak.

After the completion burned and then watered with a yellow soup. Yellow soup is the hallmark of Padang satay. Generally kuah satay in Indonesia uses soy sauce or peanut sauce. Yellow soup will evenly to the entire surface of the meat and makes us more tasteful to eat it. Padang satay served with ketupat to complement the needs of carbs and make us full. Ketupat is a dish typical food of southeast Asia that is made from rice that has been wrapped with a wrapper made of plaited young coconut leaves.

Taste

At first bite, I could feel the flesh is very easily bitten even without the use of teeth. The texture of the meat is very tender, I'm sure, and guarantee a grandfather can also take these skewers. The texture of the meat is soft this may be obtained from the marinade process or mixing the seasoning of the secret.

Padang satay is more delicious to eat, if given additional jangek crackers or lado crackers. The texture of the crispy crackers and gravy add delicacy to Padang satay. On my own, if there are no jangek crackers sometimes I delay eating Padang satay. For me, the addition of crackers is a mandatory requirement when eating Padang satay.

Sate Inyak Datuak has a tagline unique with the use of language minang “Condong Mato Ka Nan Rancak, Leaning Salero Ka Nan Lamak” which means that a human eye always wants to look good, and taste eat humans always want that delicious.
