Meat Suka – All About Meat Barbeque and Steamboat

Let’s talk a little about the meaning of Meat Suka. It’s actually quite simple, both words come from English and Indonesian. It means Meat (you know what that means) and ‘Suka’ in English means lover. So it can be interpreted from both of them as meat lovers. Do you understand enough here?

Meat Suka is one of the many all you can eat restaurants that have survived. Seriously. After the massive influence of Korean barbecue for the past 6 years, many similar restaurants have gone bankrupt and finally left a few. Even then, the restaurants that survived have a fairly good reputation and also relatively stable prices.

It is possible to go bankrupt because of the factor that Indonesians are able to finish a lot of meat and a relatively short time, making the restaurant unable to survive financially. All you can eat is definitely profitable when customers eat very little or just enough meat. For the price of AYCE which is around 120,000 rupiah or around 7 dollars, a customer should only be able to eat 250-350gr of meat, only then can the restaurant make a profit.

But in fact, ayce will be very profitable for customers who can eat 600-1000gr of meat. Of course, that can be done if you are hungry and able to chew meat for 1 hour.

Of the many restaurants like ayce, only 3-5 restaurants survive. One of them is Meatsuka. For that, we will explore how this restaurant can become a favorite of many people and can survive for the past 5 years.

In my opinion, Meatsuka has something that other restaurants don't have because its place is quite beautiful and aesthetic. Usually the restaurant will be very hot because there are so many stoves for independent cooking and smoke that spreads throughout the room. However, they are very careful to prevent this from happening, so the room used is very comfortable.

That's about the layout of the restaurant that is a concern. But there are others. For example, the meat used is very good and premium. There are many types of premium meat used, thin and also tender. But what I like the most is the type of saikoro meat. There are also many buffets to choose the type of food and vegetables. for steamboat there are various processed foods provided in one place. For steamboat, we are given 2 different types of broth, the taste is certainly very delicious.

There are quite a lot of condiments here, such as roasted sesame, fine sesame, all kinds of soy sauce, sauces and also other spices. I think we can experiment to create a taste that suits our tongue. Can adjust the type of dominant sweet or savory taste, allowing me to make various flavors of bbq meat.

I chose the premium package, where you can make 2 meat dishes such as steamboat and also grill. This is the first time we have tried steamboat. It turns out that it makes me not too bored to eat meat and even eat more. Even though paying more than usual, it is worth trying once in a while.
