Hello everyone, Welcome.
Happiness comes from a certain direction, it depends on how you condition what makes you happy. Every happiness comes from something that was previously a difficult situation, because there is no determining factor between happiness and suffering. So, the benchmark for happiness varies.

Because life must go on, you have to find what makes you happy. In my opinion, happiness is how you continue to feel happy in any situation. Even though I am only happy with one thing, feeling that my stomach and tongue get delicious food, that is already very happy.

The thing that makes me grateful is being able to live in a city that is famous for its delicious cuisine. The tongue of the people of Medan cannot be denied, it also has a high taste. People say, this city is indeed a culinary heaven. I admit that, almost none of the culinary here is not delicious.

One thing you should know, this city is actually inhabited by a lot of Chinese people. So, the dominant food is Chinese food. Of course, many Chinese foods are not halal, but, lately there are many people who make the Muslim market able to taste Chinese food without worry.

One of my favorite street food restaurants for Chinese food is 'Mie Ayam Kampoeng Gokil' is an answer to the most delicious Chinese food in this city. they have some interesting foods and it is already famous for its delicious taste and the quality of the ingredients they use is very high.

One of my favorite menus here is Hainam Rice, truly heaven of Hainam rice in the city of Medan. especially they use the best chicken in terms of texture and taste. I think they use male kampung chicken, because I remember very well how good the quality of kampung chicken is. Female kampung chicken tends to have a slightly chewy texture and is difficult to cook to make it tender.

So, in one Hainam rice menu, I got 2 different plates, there was rice with other condiments where the rice had been boiled together with chicken broth with various spices (including sesame oil and soy sauce), then another plate contained 1 piece of chicken that had been cut and also marinated with various spices for Hainam.

It looks very simple, but you have to know that the taste really makes you forget yourself with the number of calories. I really like it but of course it actually depends on your taste. There is also one favorite menu, of course Gokil Kampoeng Chicken Noodles. This is their main menu which is no less interesting.

This one fairly large bowl is enough to be shared with your partner. I couldn't even eat it all, it tasted good but there was too much filling. Complete with meatballs, shredded chicken and quite a lot of scallops, and very fresh green vegetables. Separated with warm chicken broth, this menu is perfect for those of you who want an energy booster from a broth that is quite fresh, high in protein and fat.

These two menus are the best sellers, especially with a glass of ice water that soothes the throat.

One of the meals I would try out when I visit China is to try out the noodles. Would really like to know how meals taste over there.
