Spinach Chicken Wrap

I will be with you every day with a new recipe. I hope you follow me and my recipes lovingly. I have chicken on my menu today. You will often see chicken recipes on my blog. Chicken is a food that provides a lot of possibilities to try different flavors.
I did it fondly and ate it with pleasure. I recommend you to try it too.

The ingredients list for today's meal is as follows:
Half a kilo of chicken breast
Half a pound of spinach
One large onion

  • 250 grams of cheddar cheese. (I preferred the old cheddar. You can choose the type of cheese according to your taste.)
    -Olive oil. (You cannot see flower oil in my recipes. Because olive oil is healthy, I always prefer olive oil.)
  • Salt, pepper, chili pepper, thyme.

First, we wash our spinach well. We chop the onions for small meals. We roast the onions in olive oil until they turn pink and then add the chopped spinach. We add a pinch of salt and leave it to cook. Do not forget to adjust the salt amount according to the salt ratio of your cheese. When our spinach is pale and drained, our mortar is ready.

After preparing our filling, we start preparing our chickens. According to the size of the chicken breasts, we divide our meat into three or four flat pieces. We marinate the chicken pieces with spices, salt and olive oil. I could not rest in the fridge because I did not have time. If you wish, you can rest in the cupboard for a while. It will surely be more beautiful. We place the pieces between the stretch foil we lay on the counter and we crush them with the help of a hard object to expand, soften and thin. I used a thick water glass for this job. The roller will also do this job very nicely.

Then we put some filling and grated cheese into the chicken piece we prepared. We wrap our chicken piece. You can hold it with a toothpick to prevent it from falling apart.

We place the chicken pieces we have prepared on a greased baking tray. We sprinkle grated cheese on it again. We bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
