Today I'm going to show you how to prepare the Bangladesh's most favorite Dessert. We call it Watalappam. There's no wedding celebration without Watalappan in the dessert corner.
Ingredients
★Eggs - 05
★A Small tin of Milkmaid (390g) or Coconut milk
★Kithul Jaggery - 250g
★Cardamom - 15g
★Vanila
★Cashew Nuts (optional)
★A piece of cinnamon (optional)
★A piece of Nutmeg (optional)
Grate the Kithul jaggery well
Fill the same milkmaid can with 3/4 water and add to the jaggery mixture and mix until the jaggery is well melted.
Add a few drops of Vanila to the mixture and Cardamom.
Take a bowl and spread some butter to make it buttery.
Leave it for about 45 minutes
