The ingredients for making the gravy, I only need to prepare potatoes, carrots, chicken, celery and spring onions for a fine seasoning of cayenne pepper, shallot, garlic, candlenut.
How to make soup is very easy, first heat the oil then fry the sliced onion until it smells good after that add the ground spices that have been mashed, stir-fry for a while then add the shrimp and enough water, then wait for the sauce to boil then add the potatoes and carrots and salt and Pepper powder to taste, lastly add scallions, wait until the potatoes and carrots are tender, the broth is ready to be served.
