Hi, Hive friends! Let me share my food experience in Taipei with you. I woke up early in my hostel to find food for breakfast around the neighborhood. While walking a few meters away from the hostel, my eyes popped up when I saw this Sushi shop.

Sushi Breakfast on My Birthday

My heart screamed. I wanted to scream for real but I just kept it to myself. I got excited watching them and took photos immediately. Aaah! My sushi heart! Happy birthday to me!

I forgot how much the Sushi was per piece. I think there were 10 NTD, 15 NTD, and 20 NTD. I spent about 100 NTD for my Sushi Birthday Breakfast.

There were so many sushi to choose from. Since there was rice underneath, of course, eating rice made me full.

Before I left, I took a photo of the Sushi Shop. There was no English writing so it was a must to take photos anyway. Please let me know the name of the stop if you understand the Chinese characters.

It was really heaven for me. I was tempted to eat here but I felt so cold.

I could have some coffee in my hostel and it was comfortable to eat there anyway.

Trust me, it was the best day ever, waking up and eating sushi for breakfast. Hahaha!

Of course, for 100 NTD or $3 with different choices of sushi was really cheap. If I have to visit a Japanese restaurant in Cebu, one plate with one sushi would cost $5.

Everything was so fresh in the morning.

I chose the 20 NTD sushi per piece so I spent 100 NTD or $3 for 5 sushis. I just realized now, that I should have taken more. Anyway, I actually came back to this Sushi shop on a different day and bought the 10 NTD sushi per piece so that I could have 10 sushis.

Ramen Night with my Japanese friend

My friend from Tokyo came over to Taipei to celebrate my birthday with me. Haha! I met him in Cebu when he was learning English. It was his first time in the Philippines and it was his first time in Taiwan. He also came to see his Taiwanese friends whom he met in Cebu for English learning.

He just arrived in the afternoon and he stayed in another hotel. He walked from his hotel to my hotel. We had dinner in Taipei City Mall.

I just ordered Ramen and he ordered something else. We were talking about our plans for the next days on where to visit around Taipei.

It was a happy meeting. I was just really happy to meet people while traveling and inviting them over for a meet-up and getting around. Covering his face for privacy. XD

i want to experience eating this kind of sushi, so far the sushi I've tasted are the sushi roll versions, last year I bought sushi rolls for my birthday too, I'm taking this as a sign that I should post about it.

Yes, blog na yan. :)

The sushi looks good though, so lucky of you yo have spotted that spot and had a sushi for you bday, ehe.

As in, ang super affordable ng sushi 🍣 nila.

The sushi looks great, sometimes I'm a little afraid to try it because of the seafood, but it looks so appetizing and nice... hahaha
I hope you enjoyed your visit and the fabulous food.

I hope you'll Try sushi once in your life. I wasn't a fan of sushi before but when I get to Japan and they showed me how to eat it, I learn to love it.

This looks divine. I had some amazing food in Taiwan and I think their cuisine is top-notch:)
I'd go back just for the food!

Definitely! I literally stayed for 25 and 26 days during my 3rd and 4th visits just for the food.

This looks delicious. Congratulations by the way ❤
