Tasty Vegetarian meal!

Hi everyone!
Today I had an inspiration for a high protein meal.
I had left over night 500g of chickpeas in a bowl full of water.
The day after I've made the water boil than I've added chickpeas and made them cook for 90 minutes.
After those 90 minutes I've made them cool down.

Before smashing them I've put all the ingredients which are sweet paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil.
I've put them all to taste, you'll can add more ingredients, it depends from taste to taste.

I've steered them, than smashed manually, it'll takes some time but it's not a big deal.

After smashing them I've added some whole grain Rye flour to make it more solid for the next step!

Make shapes.
I've made it falafel shaped, but you'll can make it burgher shaped or whatever you prefer.

I made some home made Tortillas from the whole grain Rye flour, then I added some cheddar and mixed vegetables with tomato sauce.
