Those ribs look great. A good meat to fat ratio.Did you make your own sauce or use a store bought if so what brand do you use? I use Kraft either original or garlic.Can a rotisserie be added to your webber? Be good to do a ham which is the best cut of meat from a pig.The macncheese + brussel sprouts are great sides.Also a good beer to finish off the meal.Hats off to you and Mrs Bozz for the great looking meal.

It was a store bought sauce from a local meat market that we have here. I probably wouldn't buy it again. It wasn't my favorite. I tend to lean towards Sweet Baby Ray's. The chipotle flavor is one of my favorites. Good amount of sweet and heat. I don't have one, but it looks like they do!
