UBE (PURPLE YAM) ON COCONUT MILK

Hello food buddies! It's tummy time again!

Yeah right! When hunger strike, the only choice we can make is to find something to full our tummies. And this is what i found, i found something to cook.

AN UBE/PURPLE YAM

For this blog, i would like to share another recipe of PURPLE YAM.

We'll gonna make it yummy for snack!

Okay! let's start our snack recipe: UBE ON COCONUT MILK.

As always, we'll gonna start with the INGREDIENTS:

📌 PURPLE YAM (SMALL DICE CUT)
📌 FRESH COCONUT MILK
📌 SUGAR
📌 SALT

PROCEDURE:
FIRST, we will boil the coconut milk on the caserol.

(we cooked this traditionally)

Boil until it super boiled 😄 until some oil comes out. (it will be look like this)

NEXT, we will gonna throw the DICE CHOPPED YAM on the boiling coconut milk.

we will wait intil it's half cooked.

THEN, we'll gonna put the SUGAR, and a little bit of SALT.

*salt is for taste NEUTRALIZER.

Taste some....

You can add sugar as needed depend on your taste.

Let's wait until we expected that the sugar is already dissolved. The texture must be thick. And we're DONE!

Tadaaah!.....

Time to eat and enjoy with family and friends. Better to eat when it cold.
