Hello to all dear food lovers and friends of this community, today afternoon I was a little anxious, and I wanted to eat something sweet, however I couldn't leave the house and the idea came to me to prepare something in my kitchen, among the recipes I had and the ingredients I had, I had enough to make this recipe that I also wanted to share with you today, in case any of you also want to repeat it and share it with your family and friends. Without anything else to add, let's begin with the recipe for this delicious Chocolate Brownie but adapted to a single-serving cup. The ingredients we will use today are the following:
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Liquid Milk
2 Tablespoons of Oil or 30 grams of butter (whichever you prefer)
1 Splash of Vanilla
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Flour
1 and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder
Half a tablespoon of baking powder
We will start with a bowl where we will add an egg, the milk, the melted butter (it can also be two tablespoons of oil, I leave it to your discretion, I used butter because I think it gives a better flavor than oil to all preparations), a splash of vanilla and beat well so that the mixture is integrated and remains homogeneous.
We then add the sugar and continue beating to integrate everything, I remember having made this recipe on numerous occasions when I was studying at the university, when sometimes I studied and needed to pause to eat something sweet, it made me remember those days.
Once you've finished mixing the wet mixture, move on to the dry mixture. In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix this mixture to form a single mixture, which you will then gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. When you're done, you should have a thick, moist dough. If not, you can add a little more milk or flour, depending on the measurements and utensils you used.
As a last option, you can add toppings of your choice to the mixture or on top if you wish. In this case, I wanted to add chocolate chips, but if you prefer, you can add peanuts, either in pieces or in butter, marshmallows, or anything else you can think of. It's up to you.
When we have everything ready, we will pour our mixture into the cup that we will use to put it in the microwave, and we will put it in for approximately 2 minutes, this varies according to the microwave and its power, but that is the approximate time.
Be careful and check it since having baking powder it will swell quickly. Once ready, let it cool and enjoy this delicious dessert, which as you can see was very pretty, well cooked but above all very delicious.

Hola a todos queridos food lovers y amigos de esta comunidad, la tarde del día de hoy me encontraba un poco ansioso, y queria comer algo dulce, sin embargo no podía salir de casa y se me ocurrió la idea de preparar algo en mi cocina, entre las recetas que tenía y los ingredientes con los que contaba tenía como para hacer esta receta que quería también compartirles el día de hoy, por si alguno también quiere repetirla y compartirla con sus familiares y amigos. sin nada más que agregar comencemos con la receta de este delicioso Brownie de chocolate pero adaptado a una taza unipersonal. Los ingredientes que usaremos el día de hoy son los siguientes:
1 Huevo
2 Cucharadas de Leche líquida
2 Cucharadas de Aceite o 30 gramos de mantequilla (la que prefieras)
1 Chorrito de vainilla
3 Cucharadas de azúcar
4 Cucharadas de Harina
1 cucharada y media de cacao en polvo
Media cucharada de polvo para hornear
Comenzaremos con un bowl en dónde añadiremos un huevo, la leche, la mantequilla derretida (tambien pueden ser dos cucharadas de aceite, ya lo dejo a tu criterio, yo usé mantequilla porque me parece que da un mejor sabor que el aceite a todas las preparaciones), un chorrito de vainilla y batimos bien para que la mezcla se integre y quede de una forma homogénea.
Añadimos posteriormente el azucar y seguimos batiendo para integrar todo, esta receta recuerdo haberla hecho en numerosas ocasiones cuando me estudiaba en la universidad, cuando a veces estudiaba y necesitaba pausar para comer algo dulce, me hizo recordar esos días.
Al terminar de batir esa mezcla húmeda vamos ahora con lo seco, en otro bowl pondremos la harina, el cacao en polvo y el polvo para hornear, integraremos eso para formar una sola mezcla la cual posteriormente integraremos poco a poco con la mezcla humeda y la vamos batiendo vigorosamente para que no se formen grumos. Al finalizar deberiamos de obtener ya una masa formada de consistencia gruesa y humeda, si no es asi puede añadir un poco mas de leche o harina, dependiendo de las medidas y utensilios que hayas utilizado.
Como ultima opcion puedes añadir toppings de tu preferencia a la mezcla o por encima si asi lo deseas, yo en este caso quise añadir chocolate en gotas, pero si tu lo prefieres puedes añadirle maní, bien sea en trozos o en mantequilla, malvaviscos o cualquier cosa que se te ocurra, ya es de tu libre eleccion.
Cuando ya tengamos todo listo vertiremos nuestra mezcla en la taza que usaremos para meter al microondas, y lo pondremos aproximadamente por unos 2 minutos, esto varia segun el microondas y la potencia de este mismo, pero ese es el tiempo aproximado.
Con cuidado y revisandolo ya que al tener polvo para hornear este se va a inflar rapido. Una vez listo deja enfriar y disfruta este riquisimo postre, que como pueden ver quedo muy lindo, bien cocinado pero por sobre todo muy delicioso.
