Couscous with octopus and stuffed calamari

Today we will cook Tunisian couscous with the hands of the Kerkenya @jcoolj .
I am a media teacher, but I love cooking a lot and I hope you like my recipes.


Stages of stuffing kalamar


First add the kalamar

We take the head and fingers of calamari and boil them in water for filling.

leafy vegetables
spinach
parsley
celery
onions
Garlic
200 g hulled wheat
spoonful of red pepper
Half a spoonful of spice
Half a spoon of turmeric
a little salt

Cooking method


Ingredients

Octopus
tomato paste spoon
onion
chickpeas
raisins
potatoes
carrots
Garlic
spoon of red pepper
Half a spoonful of spices
Half a spoon of turmeric
a pinch of salt

We pour a little oil, add onions, garlic and octopus and leave them a little on the fire

Add tomatoes, spices chickpeas and raisins and water.
