290 g farina
290 g sugar
170 g butter
4 bones
pinch of salt
4g chemical yeast
glass of milk
20 g cocoa
We run the butter well (room temperature), then gradually clean the sugar while running until it becomes like cream.
Add eggs one by one while running.
Add salt and milk while running.
Add the farina and the chemical yeast to the mixture and stir it manually.
Grease the mold with oil and heat it.
Pour the mixture and leave a little to add cocoa.
Put the mold in the oven for 40 minutes and 180 degrees.
