Mango Float

Filipino's all time favorite dessert in any occassion or even without occassion, you can make mango float any time of the day!

It is mainly made of grahams biscuit mixed with cream and finished with sliced mangoes on top. It has many layers which even makes it more beautiful and delicious like a cake served cold.

Funny story behind this sudden mango float making is all because of my boyfriend's craving. He's been blurting out this dessert every single day and I also want some but I always forget to buy. Obviously it is his favorite dessert. So I finally decided to shut his mouth and make one instead of buying so he can eat as more as he wants.

I bet almost all of us knows how to make one for sure because Mango float is one of the easiest no bake dessert anyone can do but if you're not quite sure here's how I make mine.

Mango float is also famous in all occassions. Birthdays, Fiesta, Anniversaries, Holidays like Christmas and New Year you would always see Mango floats being served on a filipino table. This kind of dessert is also popular in marketplace here in the Philippines specially in facebook where they sold it for 100 pesos or $2.00 per 250ml tub.

So here's how I make one.

Ingredients:

1 or 2 packs Graham biscuits
2pcs. All purpose Nestle Cream
1pc. Kondensada or condense
2 or 3 pcs of ripe Mango

You may also include crushed grahams for finishing but as for me I will just crushed the left graham biscuits to save the cost. You will also have to prepare a bowl and your preferred container to use for your mango float.

Are you all ready? Let's get started!

Procedure:

STEP 1

Combine All purpose nestle cream and condense milk. Put 2tbsp of this mixture on your preferred tupperware or container.

STEP 2

Arrange the graham biscuits on your tupperware, as many as it fits. Then top with the cream mixture. Cover first layer with mango.

STEP 3

Repeat procedures to form 2 or 3 more layers. Keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until the graham is moist with cream.

STEP 4

Please enjoy your mango float!

The real mess. Behind the scene.

You can already make 1 tub of 750ml for 1 recipe or 2 250ml. 1 recipe will only cost you less than 500 pesos or $8.00 for the total of all ingredients.

As easy as that, you already have the yummiest Mango float to enjoy and share during your meal with your family.

I hope you all enjoy! Thank you for making mango float with me. Takecare with love! 💕
