It's a tough time to be a small business. COVID19 regulations are putting a serious damper on the restaurant industry. I've been trying my best to support the local gems to help keep them afloat. This week I went to The Country Cow Deli in Fairfield, Connecticut for a breakfast sandwich. The Country Cow Deli is known for serving up some of the best bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches in New England!
I've been going to The Country Cow Deli for quite some time and it is always top notch. Here's a link to a full review I made over 4 years ago on this blockchain. They have since expanded and renovated, but are still pumping out the same gems. My go-to order is a bacon egg and cheese, cooked over-medium, topped with homefries, pepper and ketchup. But this time, I decided to step it up a notch and add a Chicken Cutlet to the mix! As you can see, it's a phenomenal breakfast... and always consistently delicious!
