It LOOKS tasty, but I am not a big fan of fish with bones. I grew up in S Ga where we lived very near the river, and back then the fish was more plentiful and safe to eat.
Mama would basically just bread the fish with cornmeal, and fry them in oil, No heads nor innards, otherwise it was a complete fish.
I liked the taste, but not the grease nor the bones.

I understand...My husband also doesn't like fish, he didn't touch this dish either. hahaha...But I'm a big fan of local fishes.
