Hello @Foodies Bee Hive Community. Our Meal for today is "Ginataang Gulay" Hope you like it guys.
Recipe for this meal.
*Okra
*Squash
*Bean or Sitaw
*Onion and Garlic
Fermented Shrimp
*And Coconut cream & Coconut Milk
*Two cups of water
Since we have a coconut tree we just took it here.
And Here's the procedure to make a coconut milk
First, cut coconut
Second, grind the coconut in a manual grinder as I used too
To make a coconut cream add 2 cups of water
Then squeeze squeeze
Filter to separate the coconut cream and sapal i don't know the English term but they called it "sapal".
To the separate sapal put again 3 cups of water to make coconut milk. I forgot to take pictures but same procedure. Then we have coconut cream & milk. Back to steps on how to make ginataang gulay.
First we have to cut squash (cube size) then peel
Third Cut the onion and garlic
Here the steps to cook
1st: In a pan put the coconut milk add onions and garlic
Wait until Simmer.
2nd: put the bean
Wait until it slightly cooked
3rd: add the squash wait until its finely cooked then add the okra
4rth: add the coconut cream
Wait to boil then
5th: add the fermented shrimp
6th: add Knorr Shrimp cubes to flavor, a little salt & pepper to taste then wait until it boils.
After that Charrrrraaaaan.
Done Cooking and we are ready to eat.
