Hola mis amigos de Hive, feliz día, espero que estén muy bien. Paso nuevamente por esta linda Colmena para presentarles la elaboración de un sabroso almuerzo, a veces el tiempo no nos alcanza para preparar platos tan elaborados, pero eso no significa que nos privemos de cocinar algo divino a la mayoría de las personas les encanta el Spagetti y entre tantos acompañantes quise prepara un guiso de mortadela rallada bien aliñada, ojala y sea de su agrado también amigos.

I pass again by this beautiful Hive to present the preparation of a tasty lunch, sometimes the time is not enough to prepare such elaborate dishes, but that does not mean that we deprive ourselves to cook something divine most people love the Spagetti and among so many side dishes I wanted to prepare a stew of grated mortadella well seasoned, hopefully and is to your liking also friends.

Ingredientes. || Ingredients.

• 250g de mortadela.
• 3 Tómates.
• 1 Cebolla.
• 2 ají dulce.
• 400g de Spagetti.
• 2 Plátanos maduros.
• Sal al gusto.

• 250g of mortadella.
• 3 tomatoes.
• 1 onion.
• 2 sweet bell pepper.
• 400g of Spagetti.
• 2 ripe plantains.
• Salt to taste.

Paso a paso || Step by step.

Paso 1° || Step 1°.

Previamente lavados los rubros; picar los ajís, rallar la cebolla, tómates y la Mortadela.

Previously washed the ingredients; chop the peppers, grate the onion, tomatoes and Mortadella.

Paso 2° || Step 2°.

Montar a cocinar los aliños, agregarle la mortadela rallada y un poco de sal al gusto.

Cook the dressing, add the grated mortadella and a little salt to taste.

Paso 3° || Step 3°.

Seguidamente montar el agua para el Spagetti, colocar dos cucharadas de sal y agregársela en cuanto este ya al dente colarla.

Paso 4° || Step 4°.

Por ultimo picar en ruedas los plátanos y montarlos a sancochar.
