Hello my friends, a big greeting from Venezuela. Today I am ready to present you my dish, very rich and healthy.
Como me encanta las sardinas compre un kilo para preparar el almuerzo, me gusta prepararlas fileteadas, también se pueden preparar para la cena, todo a preferencia de la persona, acompañe el plato con un arroz bien aliñado y las infaltables tajadas. Amigos con mucho cariño les comparto mi plato 😊.
As I love sardines buy a kilo to prepare lunch, I like to prepare them filleted, can also be prepared for dinner, all to preference of the person, accompany the dish with a well seasoned rice and the inevitable slices. Friends with much affection I share with you my dish 😊.
- Sardinas | 450g.
- Una pizca de sal.
- Orégano en polvo a gusto y preferencia.
- 1 taza de arroz por (2) de agua.
- 1 zanahoria.
- 1 Cebolla.
- 1 ají.
- Aceite, (cantidad necesaria).
- 1 plátano maduro.
- Sardines: 450g.
- A pinch of salt.
- Oregano powder to taste and preference.
- 1 cup of rice per (2) of water.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 onion.
- 1 chili bell pepper.
- Oil, (quantity needed).
- 1 ripe plantain.
Paso 1° || Step 1°
Montar la taza de arroz por las dos tazas de agua.
Add the cup of rice to the two cups of water.
Paso 2° || Step 2°
Ahora lavar muy bien los rubros y se procede a rallar la zanahoria, picar en tiras la cebolla y cuadros pequeños el ají, para agregárselo al arroz y por ultimo una cucharada de sal.
Now wash the ingredients very well and proceed to grate the carrot, chop the onion into strips and small squares of chili, to add it to the rice and finally a spoonful of salt.
Paso 3° || Step 3°
Ya lavadas, descamadas y fileteadas las sardinas, se le agrega un toque de sal y orégano en polvo, seguidamente se pone a calentar el sarten con un poco de aceite, colocar las sardinas y cuando se dore de un lado con la ayuda de una espátula se le dará vuela dejando que se cocine bien de ambos lados.
Once the sardines are washed, skinned and filleted, add a touch of salt and oregano powder, then heat the frying pan with a little oil, place the sardines and when they are browned on one side with the help of a spatula, turn them over and let them cook well on both sides.
Paso 4° || Step 4°
Picar el plátano en tajadas y en un sarten freírlas.
Chop the plantain into slices and fry them in a frying pan.
