Amigos espero que se encuentren muy y con mucho animo, yo estoy complacida de estar en esta nueva oportunidad compartiendo mi preparación con ustedes; este dÃa cocine unas ricas arvejas, uno de los granos que más me gusta, saben delicioso y los podemos cocinar con diferentes ingredientes los cuales enriquecen su sabor. Sin duda los invito a prepararlos y disfrutar de un exquisito plato.
Friends, I hope you are in good spirits, I am pleased to be in this new opportunity to share my preparation with you; this day I cooked some delicious peas, one of the grains that I like the most, they taste delicious and we can cook them with different ingredients which enrich their flavor. No doubt I invite you to prepare them and enjoy an exquisite dish.
Ingredientes. || Ingredients.
- 1/2 kilo arvejas.
- 1 cebolla.
- 2 ramas de CebollÃn.
- 1 cabeza de ajo.
- 4 ajÃs dulces.
- 2 papas.
- 2 zanahorias.
- 2 plátanos maduros.
- 200g de Spagetti.
- Sal al gusto.
- 1/2 kilo peas.
- 1 onion.
- 2 sprigs of chives.
- 1 head of garlic.
- 4 sweet peppers.
- 2 potatoes.
- 2 carrots.
- 2 ripe plantains.
- 200g of Spagetti.
- Salt to taste.
Paso a paso. || Step by step.
Paso 1° || Step 1°
Escoger las arvejas si es necesario sacando las que estén malas y lavarlas muy bien para luego montarlas a cocinar en una olla con 1 litro y 1/2 de agua, dejar cocinar hasta que se ablanden aproximadamente 45min.
Pick out the peas if necessary, removing the bad ones and wash them very well and then put them in a pot with 1 and 1/2 liters of water, let them cook until they are soft for about 45 minutes.
Paso 2° || Step 2°
Ahora lavar, pelar y picar las zanahorias, papas y plátanos para agregárselo a la olla con la arvejas.
Now wash, peel and chop the carrots, potatoes and plantains to add to the pot with the peas..
Paso 3° || Step 3°
Agregar 200g de Spagetti.
Add 200g of Spagetti
Paso 4° || Step 4°
Picar los aliños en cuadros pequeños, pelar los dientes de ajo triturándolos en un mortero, sofreÃrlos en un sarten, agregándole 3 cucharadas de sal, ; y echárselo a las arvejas cuándo ya estas estén blandas.
Chop the seasonings into small squares, peel the garlic cloves by crushing them in a mortar, fry them in a frying pan, adding 3 tablespoons of salt, and add them to the peas when they are soft.

Para acompañar las arvejas se pueden montar unas ricas arepa de maÃz.
To accompany the peas you can assemble some delicious corn arepa.
