Una receta súper fácil, bastante práctica y sencilla. Para que compartan con sus familiares y amigos un platillo riquísimo la cual les dejara una gran explosión de sabores increíbles que harán feliz a su paladar.
A continuación acá les dejo las fotos junto el paso a paso para que se diviertan haciendo esta rica comida.

I take this opportunity to greet you and share with you an incredible recipe that I know, that many of you are going to love.
A super easy recipe, quite practical and simple. For them to share with their family and friends a delicious dish which will leave them a great explosion of incredible flavors that will make your palate happy.
Then here I leave the photos together with the step by step so that you can have fun making this delicious meal.
Ingredientes:
- 200gr de arroz cocido
- 100gr de pechuga
- 3 salchichas
- Sal
- Pimienta
- 1 Ajo
- 50 ML de aceite vegetal
*1 rama de cebollino - 3 ajices

Ingredients:
- 200gr of cooked rice
- 100gr of breast
*100gr of meat- 3 sausages
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 garlic
- 50 ML of vegetable oil
- 1 branch of chives
- 3 peppers
Ok amigos una vez de tener todos los ingredientes que vamos a utilizar posteriormente
lavados, procedemos al siguiente paso.
- Paso #1 cocinar previamente el arroz y dejarlo enfriar en un envase. Una opción seria tener el arroz previamente cocido con un dia de anterioridad.

<Ok folks once we have all the ingredients that we will use later, we move on to the next step.
- Step # 1 previously cook the rice and let it cool in a container. One option would be to have the rice previously cooked a day in advance.
- Paso # 2 cortar los todos los vegetales comenzando con los mas duros primero, que en este caso seria la zanahoria y la cebolla. Y luego continuar con los mas blandos como el cebollino o el celery.
Nota:Les recomiendo cortar los vegetales en juliana y el cebollino sesgado para darle un poco mas de presentación al plato.

- Step # 2 cut all the vegetables starting with the hardest first, which in this case would be the carrot and onion. And then continue with the softer ones such as chives or celery.
Note: I recommend you cut the vegetables in julienne strips and the chives skewed to give a little more presentation to the dish.
- paso # 3 una vez terminado de cortar los vegetales, procedemos a cortar el pollo Y la carne en tiras. En caso de no tener pollo o carne lo pueden complementar con salchichas picada en vicki fino (RUEDAS).

- step # 3 once finished cutting the vegetables, we proceed to cut the chicken AND the meat into strips. If you do not have chicken or meat, you can complement it with sausages minced in fine vicki (WHEELS)
- paso # 4 En este paso colocamos una sarten con poco de aceite vegetal para sofreír los
vegetales, primero se colocan los vegetales mas duros y posteriormente los mas blandos.

- step # 4 In this step we place a pan with a little vegetable oil to fry the
vegetables, the hardest vegetables are placed first and then the softer ones.
*Paso # 5 luego de estar sofritos los vegetales, comenzamos agregar el pollo y la carne o la
salchichas como en este caso, se le coloca ajo y pimienta para luego remover hasta que este al punto de cocción.

- Step 5 # After the vegetables are fried, we begin to add the chicken and the meat or the
sausage as in this case, garlic and pepper are added and then stirred until
doneness.
- Paso # 6 cuando ya esten listo los vegetales,el pollo y la carne. Colocar el arroz cocido en forma de cama rociar la salsa de soya y mezclar de forma envolvente hasta ensamblar.
Step # 6 when the vegetables, chicken and meat are ready. Place the cooked rice in the form of a bed, drizzle the soy sauce and mix in an enveloping way until assembled.
- paso # 7 una vez mezclado y ensamblada nuestra comida. Procedemos a emplatar.
