Have you ever cooked warm Fried Chicken like KFC and freshly cut? Yes, it tastes very delicious, right? This time I will share the moment my friend and I cook delicious chicken on the streets to sell and eat together.
Fried Chicken Ingredients Preparation
The ingredients that I use here are purchased from the nearest traditional market where I usually visit, in my area chicken costs $ 4 USD if in rupiah it is Rp. 55,000 for one head around 2 kg, the chicken here does not count kg because Chicken farms here are very close, so they are sold per head and other ingredients are also not too expensive. Here are the ingredients and prices in my area:

The ingredients for the Fried Chicken above are very cheap, not at my place! but that only applies to my area, the Indonesian part of Aceh.
Stage of Mixing Flour and Chicken
Mixing the flour and chicken is a bit tricky because the flour has to really stick to the chicken and requires a layer of 7 layers of flour so that later the flour doesn't come off easily if you throw it into the oil.
This mix takes 30 minutes for 15 pices of fried chicken but doesn't really make us tired, I made this with a street chef who actually works as a fried chicken cook all day,This chef is still very young at 23 years old but has been in the cooking field since he was 18 years old, now he just has a partner planning to get married this month and I wish the best for this chef's relationship.
Frying Stage
My frying pan uses 2 kg of Bimoli brand oil and heats it for about 20 minutes, why did I choose 20 minutes so that the oil doesn't get too hot to make the vessel black and not too hot either.
And I use 3kg LPG Gas which will last quite a long time for frying but I bring spare gas too, because I had experience carrying 1 gas and running out of gas I went to look for gas at the shop to make it take a long time until the chicken in the oil will be a little chewy.Gas in my area is also rare because the stock is lacking compared to the very large demand even though in my place Aceh is also an underground gas extraction site where there are already many state companies drilling for gas.
I'm also having a hard time turning on the gas because I haven't used this stove in a long time and spend very little time on it
Maturation And Finish Section
After I threw it into the vessel I waited about 30 minutes every 5 minutes I stirred so that all parts of the chicken were exposed to the oil and 15 minutes of the process in the oil I reversed the position of the fried chicken from top to bottom.
While waiting for it to be cooked I also prepared various other needs such as a place to boil the oil, open the sauce, and many others. Here I use packaged sauce that I bought at my local market too, but this sauce was imported from outside my province. For the pressing tool, I use a traditional bucket made of wood, but it's a shame this wooden bucket is a little torn because this bucket has gone through a lot of things in the frying pan, you can say the flying hours of this bucket are very long.
In removing the oil, I boil it for about 5 minutes so that the oil in the chicken doesn't stick too much

My friends and I not only cook this Fried Chicken to eat ourselves but we also sell it, but not every day we sell this fried chicken and we are very happy because there are so many buyers here
