Esta receta es muy fácil de elaborar, muy rica, económica. La ventaja es que la podemos hacer con pocos ingredientes.
Receta para dos personas.

This recipe is very easy to prepare, very rich, economical. The advantage is that we can make it with few ingredients.
Recipe for two people.
Para los ingredientes tendremos:
Canelones
Queso ricota
Espinaca
Aceite de oliva
Tocineta
Queso crema
Ajo
Sal
Cebolla
Mantequilla
Leche
Nuez moscada
Queso parmesano
Pimienta al gusto
Para el acompañamiento, puedes usar los vegetales de tu preferencia.
Cannelloni
Ricotta cheese
Spinach
Olive oil
Bacon
Cream cheese
Garlic

Nutmeg
Parmesan
Pepper to taste

Esta receta es sumamente fácil y rápida.
Comenzaremos calentando una olla con agua a la que se le agregará sal y se pondrá a hervir. Cuando este ya a punto de hervor se colocan los canelones, para su cocción.
Aparte colocamos en un sartén colocamos las tocinetas a que se sofrían en su propia grasa, una vez lista se retiran del fuego y se le coloca cebolla y el ajo, donde posteriormente agregaremos las espinacas para cocinarlas al dente.

Con esta mezcla procedemos a rellenar cada canelón. En mi caso use una manga de decoración de tortas, porque es más fácil y rápido.
Colocaremos los canelones rellenos en una bandeja o pirex de vidrio, para proceder a llevarlo al horno a una temperatura de 180 grados y aproximadamente unos 10 minutos. Opcional se le puede colocar una salsa bechamel por arriba.
Podemos gratinar colocándole un poco de queso parmesano o pecorino por aprox 3 minutos.
