Sweet potato with cheese and Banana glazed with sugar

Weekends are the best days of the week! Do you agree with me? For my family, it's a sacred day to cherish the moment together whether outside or at home. And one of the most treasured moments with them is cooking with delectable treats. Allow me to share with you the recipe of love.


Sweet Potato with Cheese

I just discovered this one since I love experimenting with food when I bought a kilo of sweet potato and I utilized everything in my fridge. When I found out that it's gonna work. I improved other ingredients. So, here's the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Cheese
  • sugar
  • wrapper
  • condense milk; and
  • oil

First, wash the sweet potatoes and then bring them to boil.

While boiling, prepare the wrapper to unpack them and cut the cheese according to your liking, mine is long enough to accommodate the longer wrap.

If sweet potatoes are cooked, it is now ready to peel off its skin.

Now, we're going to mash them diligently. It is kind of laborious since we have to put pressure on it.

Then, let's put sugar, a little condense, and mix them.

After mixing, let's prepare a plate for which we are going to wrap our mixture.

Put a wrapper on a plate then a spoonful of mixture add a slice of cheese then roll, and final it with water to seal. And voila! I made 25 pieces of rolled sweet potato.

Preheat pan. Then put rolled sweet potato. Wait until brown.

So here's the finished product! Glazed with condensed milk to amplify the taste.

My children liked it so much!


Another is Banana glazed with sugar which is their favorite too. What my usual cooking I never put sugar on, but they requested to put some to amplify their taste buds. It's very much easy too. So, here's the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • sugar; and oil

1 kilo of banana then peel its skin. The usual cooking is cooking it as a whole but I prefer to cut them once since it has a big piece.

Preheat the pan then put some oil in it.
If it's already heated, put sliced bananas accordingly. If it turns brown, flip the other side. Then add sugar. Wait until the sugar coats the bananas and it's a sign that it's cooked.

Turn the fire to low to set the sugar to banana.

My two lovely children loved it, too.

Weekends are complete if I cooked them with what they requested. I am happy too knowing and seeing them love the treats.

Sweet potato with nangka or mangga and condensed milk is a must try to mam Jo. Banana cue is one of my favorites. Ka happy sa babies wui. Lahi ra gyud basta cookerist ang mother. Hehe

I haven't tried that one Ma'am Ler. I'll try it soon if I can find nangka unya. I like bananaque too,hehehe. Happy gyud kaayu Mam Ler basta kaon na hahaha
