Mediterranean style crispy potatoes slices!

If you hang around a barber shop soon or later you're gonna get a hair cut, and that's why you may find yourself looking for some potatoes in your kitchen shortly :)

Ingredients

Potatoes as much as you would like to
Black pepper powder
Red pepper powder
Yogurt with Curry mix it and put it in the dip
And your favorite dried plant of your choice

Step by step

Start throwing black pepper all around as much as you can so that it won't be hard to mix it later on

Phase 2

Add red pepper and the rest of your choice of your powders alltogether

Phase 3

Mix'em all well and get ready to place them into the oven afterwards

Phase 4 - DON'T SKIP THIS PART

Try to give as much space as possible between the potatoes slices because they don't become crispy if you skip this step

Here is how they should look like when you place them

Cook it half an hour and if they are not crispy continue cooking for 10-15 minutes but check every 5 minutes or so because every oven has different heat and not all of them working the same so there is not universal degree where we all can agree, you know your oven better than everybody, if you don't try to cook and adjust the heat for the by increasing/decreasing the heat after 30 minutes. If you happen to achieve your desired crispy potatoes slices in 30 minutes, then ignore this part and start eating/serving :)
