ESP-ING. Preparando un delicioso cochino frito / Preparing a delicious fried pork

Hola Feliz dia amigos de #foodiesbeehive, es para mi un placer estar nuevamente hoy con todos ustedes compartiendo otra mi preparaciones. se trata nada mas y nada menos de un rico Cochino Frito a mi Estilo, una comida Típica de nuestro país Venezuela, es ideal par un almuerzo nada ligero ya que esta carne contiene bastante grasa pero super deliciosa para variar y salir de la rutina.

Hello Happy day friends of #foodiesbeehive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again today sharing another of my preparations. It is nothing more and nothing less than a delicious Fried Pork in my Style, a typical meal of our country Venezuela, it is ideal for a light lunch since this meat contains a lot of fat but super delicious for a change and to get out of the routine.

Irresistible Cochino Frito / Irresistible Fried Pork 🐽🤤

Los ingredientes que utilicé para esta preparación son los Siguientes / The ingredients that I used for this preparation are the following:

🐖 Carne de cochino / Pork meat
🐖 Ajo / Garlic
🐖 Sal / salt
🐖 Oregano / oregano
🐖Yuca / yucca
🐖 Zanahorias / Carrots
🐖 Repollo / Cabbage

Preparación / Preparation

Primeramente lave muy bien la carne, luego la pique en trozos mediano.

First wash the meat very well, then chop it into medium pieces.

Lleve la carne previamente lavada a un cardero, le agregue un poco de oregano al gusto (opcional)

Take the previously washed meat to a rack, add a little oregano to taste (optional)

Por último agregue agua suficiente hasta tapar la carne y sal, prendí fuego alto y tape el cardero con una tapa por unos varios minutos.

Finally add enough water to cover the meat and salt, turn on high heat and cover the chard with a lid for several minutes.

Mientras estaba la carne en cocción, inicie la preparación de la ensalada, rallando la zanahoria igualmente el repollo, le agregue un punto de sal y mayonesa al gusto y tambien puse a sancochar la yuca.

While the meat was cooking, start the preparation of the salad, grating the carrot as well as the cabbage, add a pinch of salt and mayonnaise to taste and also boil the yucca.

Después de unos 20 minutos aproximadamente ya la cocción de la carne de Cochino estaba bastante blandada, casi lista para comenzar a freír.

After approximately 20 minutes, the pork meat was already quite soft, almost ready to start frying.

Aquí ya lista para servir y disfrutar con los contornos de ensalada y yuca sancochada.

Here it is ready to serve and enjoy with the sides of salad and parboiled yucca.

Hasta aquí mi publicación, les cuento que luego de disfrutar de este almuerzo me sentí con muchas energías je je un poco de grasita es buena de vez en cuanto para salir de la rutina, espero que disfruten y realicen en sus hogares en familia.
