Les cuento que esta preparación es primera vez que tengo el placer de cocinar, a mi me encanta pero siempre la comía hecha de mi madre, ahora me toco hacerla yo misma pero con unos consejos de mi suegra, no pence que me fuera a quedar tan buena incluso con el mismo sazón de mi mama.

La asadura son la viscera formadas del corazón, riñón, hígado y bofe de Cerdo la preparación es guisarla.

I tell you that this preparation is the first time that I have had the pleasure of cooking, I love it but I always ate it made by my mother, now I have to make it myself but with some advice from my mother-in-law, I didn't think I was going to be so good even with the same seasoning as my mom.

The offal is the viscera formed from the heart, kidney, liver and pork bofe, the preparation is to cook it.

Preparación Paso a Paso / Step by Step Preparation

Dando inicio a mi preparación, primeramente lave muy bien todo, luego pique en cuadritos pequeños los aliños, cebolla, pimentón, ají, cilantro, por ultimo pique los plátanos maduros en cuadros medianos. Reserve y continue con el próximo paso.

Starting my preparation, first wash everything very well, then chop the dressings, onion, paprika, chili, cilantro into small squares, finally chop the ripe bananas into medium squares. Book and continue with the next step

Paso 1 / Step 1

Luego de lavar muy bien con agua hervida y un chorrito de vinagre las vísceras pique en cuadritos pequeños.

After washing very well with boiled water and a splash of vinegar, chop the viscera into small squares.

Paso 2 / Step 2

En un cardero de metal agregue todo lo que habia picado, le agregue una tacita de agua y lleve a fuego medio tapando la preparación por 20 minutos.

In a metal pot, add everything that had been minced, add a cup of water and cook over medium heat, covering the preparation for 20 minutes.

Agregue los condimentos adobo, cubito, ajo, sal y oregano de ultimo para tapar.

Add the adobo, cube, garlic, salt and oregano seasonings last to cover.

Paso 3 / Step 3

Transcurrido 30 minutos la preparación en el fuego le agregue color onoto, luego revolví y deje cocinar 10 minutos mas hasta ver todo bien integrado.

After 30 minutes the preparation in the fire I added color onoto, then I stirred and let cook 10 more minutes until everything is well integrated.

Paso 4 / Step 4

El ultimo paso fue agregar 2 tasas de agua, el plátano previamente picado en cuadritos medianos y 2 cucharaditas de azúcar, revolví y deje por unos 15 minutos mas hasta tener todo en su punto.

The last step was to add 2 cups of water, the banana previously chopped into medium squares and 2 teaspoons of sugar, stir and leave for about 15 more minutes until everything is ready.

Paso 5 / Step 5

Transcurrido el tiempo, ya lista la Asadura de Cerdo, bien guisada lista para servir y disfrutar.

Once the time has elapsed, the Pork Offal is ready, well cooked, ready to serve and enjoy.

  • Baje del fuego y deje reposar por unos minutos para Servir.

Lower the heat and let stand for a few minutes to serve
