Breakfast; Sauted Squash and Green Beans

Hello, Foodies Bee Hive! Our recipe for today's blog is Sauted Squash and Green Beans. I made this earlier for our breakfast. It's yummy, tastylicious.

Okay, let's start. Let me show you how I cook this delicious recipe.

Let's prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • squash
    beans
    pork
    tomatoes
    garlic
    onion
    salt
    peppermint
    magic sarap

    You should slice the pork first like this.

After slicing; put it in a pan with water. Cook until it boil and wait till the water evaporate and let the pork’s oil release, just use low heat in this.

Note: Add salt, peppermint and magic sarap in boiling the pork to add taste.

While boiling, let's prepare and clean the other ingredients.

Here's the squash, I peeled it and sliced it like this.

Next is the beans

And I sliced the tomatoes, onion and garlic.

After preparing all the ingredients, I waited a bit till the pork absorb all the boiling water, and waited till the pork’s own oil release.

As you can see in the picture, the water is gone.

After waiting, saute the garlic.

and when you see the color of garlic is golden bown, then saute the ginger, and onion.

I also add paminta of peppermint in sauting the ingredients, to add some fragrance and taste.

Saute the sliced tomatoes and be ready to add the squash.

NOTE: I forgot to take a picture of this part, but I will tell the next procedures.

• Saute the squash, add water, add salt and magic sarap seasoning.

• Wait untill the squash get cooked and softer.

• I added the beans when the squash get softer.

Let them cook in 5 minutes.
