OKOY FOR SNACKS!

Hello hello 👋 foodies lovers! Are you starving some foods to eat? Or do you wanna cook something simple but delicious and make you fully tummy? Exactly,because I want to share my recipe and the simple procedures I have done.

My recipe for snack is OKOYit is a filipino snack,it is fried and crispy fritters.

But my recipe is simple cause I just used few ingredients like squash,flour, baking powder,salt and water,It should have shrimps but why would I look for nothing if we are now starving?😁✌️Anyway it's still okay with out shrimps.

The outcome:

Below are the ingredients and procedures:

Squash

Grate the squash,it looks like this

Let's add flour

And baking powder

Add salt and water then mix them all together with flour and baking powder

This is what it looks like

Prepare the small flattened squash just like what you see then it is ready to cook

After cooking all of them it will looks like these

CHARRRAAAANN!!! Prepare your stomach make sure that you have enough space.😅🤗

You can now dip them on sauce or spicy vinegar,its up to you though.
