  • I put the chopped chicken on the pan. I also put the black pepper, salt, knorr cubes and I added a bit of magic sarap to add more taste in my tinola. After that I added water to boil the chicken.

  • This is lemon grass. Lemon grass enhances the ginger flavor of the tinola, the soup. It also gives a fresh and lemony scent which lessen the fishy smell of tinola.

  • I waited about 10-15 minutes boiling the chicken. It's not exactly 15 minutes of waiting since I waited until the chicken will soften.

  • I prepared the papaya and a green pepper. After above 15 minutes of waiting, I first added my papaya into the pan. Papaya have a harder texture than green pepper, it is harder to cook that's why I put it first.

  • When the papaya is getting cook I decided to put the green pepper and lastly I just waited for 2 minutes for the green pepper to be cooked.

And this now the outcome of my tinola.

Hello
The dish looks very tasty. I was struck by the papaya, here where I live we use it for desserts, I had never seen it integrated into a savoury dish.
I'm sure the dish is delicious!

I used the green papaya, not riped one. 😊 Thank you for your appreciation ❤️
