Primero se lavan los jobos y se pelan, luego se colocan en un caldero y se le agrega suficiente agua hasta cubrirlos muy bien, se llevan al fuego muy alto se le añade el azúcar continuamente del clavito especies, si es de su agrado le coloca papelón, ahora dejamos cocinar alrededor de 30 minutos ya cuando estén bien blanditos se le baja el fuego para que se terminen de cocinar hasta que el jobo se dore y agarre la textura de almíbar, listo ese procedimiento apago el fuego y dejo enfriar para servir.
