Hello, today I have a recipe for these cocktail potatoes or baby potatoes that I have wanted to make for a long time.
I'll be honest it was a bit tedious because I bought the potatoes in the local market since it's cheaper and more natural, but it's more work because they come all packed with a lot of dirt, so I had to do a deep cleaning first, I put them in my dishwasher to soak for a few minutes to remove any excess soil and then finish them off by washing them individually to make sure the skin was really clean because we need the potatoes with the skin on.

Seré honesta fue un poco tedioso porque compré las papas en el mercado local ya que es más económico y más natural, pero es más trabajo porque vienen todas llenas de mucha tierra, por lo que primero tuve que una limpieza profunda, las puse en mi lavadero a remojar por unos pocos minutos para remover el exceso de tierra y luego las termine lavando individualmente para asegurarme de que la piel estuviera realmente limpia porque necesitamos las papas con la piel.

We wait for them to cool down and then we will proceed to crush the potatoes but not completely, I used a glass to do it.
Esperamos a que se enfríen y luego procederemos a aplastar las papas pero no completamente, yo utilicé un vaso para hacerlo.
Then we put everything on a baking sheet.
Luego colocamos todo en una bandeja de horno.
Prepare a mixture of butter, garlic and finely chopped parsley.
Preparamos una mezcla de mantequilla, ajo y perejil bien picado.
We spread the whole mixture over the potatoes and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Esparcimos toda la mezcla por las papas y la enviamos al horno por 20 minutos a 200 grados.
The result is crispy potatoes that we can accompany with a dip, we can substitute the fries for this option from time to time.
El resultado son unas papas crocantes que podemos acompañar con un dip, podemos sustituir las papas fritas por está opción de vez en cuando.

Anyone looking to replace butter for a vegan option I recommend making some coconut oil butter, just melt it with a bit of salt (add flavours if you want) and let it harden again, it's really good

I love potatoes but more the flavor of garlic and butter so this recipe is just perfect.
