Hello everyone, today I want to show you this recipe that I made a few days ago and it was delicious, I have to admit that the preparation was following the steps of a risotto, the difference is that I used normal rice, so basically it is a type of rice.
Hola a todos, hoy quiero mostrarles esta receta que hice hace pocos días y me quedó riquisima, la preparación tengo que admitir que fue siguiendo los pasos de un risotto, la diferencia es que yo usé arroz normal, así que básicamente es un arroz.
First for this recipe I used a cup of rice, in a pot I put a tablespoon of butter along with the rice and mixed for about 1-2 minutes until the butter and rice were integrated and I added 1 liter of chicken broth (you can use also vegetable broth) and let it cook normally, the idea is that the rice was a little watery to simulate the appearance of a risotto, at least in my case, I wanted it that way.
Primero para esta receta utilicé una taza de arroz, en una olla puse una cucharada de mantequilla junto con el arroz y mezclé por aproximadamente 1-2 minutos hasta que la mantequilla y el arroz estuvieran integrados y agregué 1 litro de caldo de pollo (puedes usar también caldo de verduras) y dejé cocinar de forma normal, la idea es que el arroz quedé un poco aguadito para simular la apariencia de un risotto, al menos en mi caso, lo quería así.
After this I took the vegetables that I had in the fridge and that I needed to use right away, I used mushrooms, asparagus, spinach and onion to give it more flavor, I put this in a pan with a little oil to cook, I also added a little garlic for added flavor, and here we season a little with salt and pepper
Después de esto tomé los vegetales que tenía en la nevera y que necesitaba usarlos ya mismo, utilicé champiñones, esparragos, espinaca y cebolla para darle más sabor, esto lo puse en una sarten con un poco de aceite a cocinar, también añadí un poco de ajo para mayor sabor, y aquí sazonamos un pooco con sal y pimienta
Once the vegetables are a little cooked and the rice is ready, I proceed to add it, we also add a tablespoon of butter and after this we will add approximately 100 grams of cream, I had mine in the fridge, so I go like this
Una vez las verduras están un poco cocidas y el arroz está listo, procedo a añadirlo, también añadimos una cucharada de mantequilla y seguidamente de esto añadiremos aproximadamente 100 gramos de crema de leche o nata, la mía la tenía en la nevera guardada por eso se ve así.
Finally, we mix everything very well and the result will be quite a delicious rice to enjoy, and best of all, we use a good amount of veggies that contain protein.
Por último mezclamos todo muy bien y el resultado será un arroz bastante delicioso para disfrutar, y lo mejor de todo es que utilizamos una buena cantidad de veggies que contienen proteínas.

Yeahh.. I also love to eat pasta and noodles.. Sometimes we get those for breakfast. But rice is the main meal.
