Hello, today I bring you an idea to make for lunch but I must tell you that it has a lot of carbohydrates, it is not a fitness meal. Just an idea of a craving I wanted to eat.
I wanted to eat potatoes, I don't know if you have noticed but I rarely prepare anything with potatoes, so this time I did it.
I took some potatoes and washed them very well, cut them and kept the skin, I added them to a pan with hot oil, I also added onion, I added a little spinach and finally salt and pepper to taste.

Quería comer papas, no sé si habran notado pero yo rara vez preparo algo con papas, así que está vez lo hice.
Tomé unas papas y las lavé muy bien, las corté y conservé la cáscara, es una sartén con aceite caliente las añadí, también añadí cebolla, añadí un poco de espinacas y por último sal y pimienta al gusto.

Por otro lado preparé una mezcla para hacer un pollo empanizado, la mezcla consiste en harina de trigo, leche y sal. El pollo lo aderecé y luego lo pasé por harina y finalmente por la mezcla, esto lo lleve a freír hasta que estuvo listo.
With this it could be enough to eat well, but I also wanted to add a little rice since I had not eaten it for a long time, I made a rice with carrots.
Con esto podía ser suficiente para comer bien, pero también quise añadir un poco de arroz ya que tenía largo tiempo sin comerlo, hice un arroz con zanahorias.
And this was the idea of my lunch, which was very tasty.
Y está fue la idea de mi almuerzo, que estuvo muy rico.

Suelo preparar "pollo empanizado" los fines de semana, ya que a mi madre le encanta, el tuyo se ve super rico y crocante. De vez en cuando tenemos que hacer realidad nuestros antojos y consentir nuestro paladar jaja Al día siguiente continuar con nuestra rutina, tratando de llevar una alimentación sana y balanceada.
