Today I am going to show you one of my secrets in the kitchen, and more than a secret it is to save me time in the preparations, these are preserved with oil, having them in this way we can use it in two ways, the garlic alone or the oil that already has its flavor.
I mostly buy whole garlic.
Hoy les voy a enseñar uno de mis secretos en la cocina, y más que un secreto es para ahorrar me tiempo en las preparaciones, estos son unos en conserva con aceite, al tenerlos de esta forma podemos usarlo de dos formas, los ajos solos o el aceite que ya tiene su sabor.
Yo mayormente compro los ajos enteros.

The hardest part is when you have to peel them
La parte más difícil es cuando hay que pelarlos
Then I proceed to grind them a little in a molcajete, I have a wooden one.
Después yo procedo a triturarlos un poco en un molcajete, yo tengo uno de madera.
When they are crushed I place them in a glass jar.
Cuando ya están triturados los coloco en un frasco de vidrio.

Finally I proceed to fill it with oil
Por último procedo a rellenarlo con aceite.

I keep this in the fridge and I already have the canned garlic ready to use on any occasion, it can be stews or anything you want.
Esto lo guardo en la nevera y ya tengo listo los ajos en conserva para usar en cualquier ocasión, puede ser guisos y lo que quieras.

It's my first time seeing a homemade one. Or wait, maybe it's my first time seeing canned garlic. 😅 I am not sure but it's definitely not something I am familiar with.
True enough, it seems easy to cook if the garlic is this way.

I don't know, but for myself, I don't really like the taste of garlic... another thing that I found myself not to like is cinnamon.. I don't know, maybe with your talented cooking skills, you can make something for me out of garlic and I would love it.
Of course, we can use onions as well, is it okay??? I don't like cinnamon much either, I mean I can tolerate it but a bit, I don't like drink, cookies or food with a strong taste of cinnamon
You just don't know how much I love onions... definitely, we can use onions...
