Hi everyone, today I'm going to introduce you to something I wanted to try and it turned out really good, and it's some portobello burgers.
For this recipe we are going to use few ingredients and we are going to use the portobellos as a kind of buns, these mushrooms are going to be perfect for us. We start by cleaning them and removing the stem, then we are going to season it well, I added salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder on both sides.
Hola a todos, hoy les voy a presentar algo que quise intentar y que resultó muy bueno, y son unas hamburguesas hechas con portobello.
Para esta receta vamos a utilizar pocos ingredientes y vamos a utilizar como especie de bollos los portobellos, estos hongos nos van a quedar perfectos. Empezamos por limpiarlos y quitarles el tallo, luego lo vamos a sazonar bien, yo le agregué sal, pimienta, ajo y cebolla en polvo por ambas partes.
We will put this in a container and take it to the preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes on each side.
Esto lo pondremos en un recipiente y lo llevamos al horno precalentado a 250 grados Celsius por 10 minutos por cada lado.
We continue making the meat for the burger, this can be to everyone's taste, with the condiments they want, I used the same and also a little soy sauce, I assembled the patty and took it to the pan, also before finishing cooking I added a piece of cheese.
Continuamos haciendo la carne para la hamburguesa, esto puede ser al gusto de cada quien, con los condimentos que deseen, yo usé los mismos y también un poco de salsa de soja, armé las hamburguesas y lo llevé a la sartén, también antes de terminar la cocción le agregué un trozo de queso.
I also made onion rings to add an extra touch, as well as a sauce with mayonnaise, ketchup and pickles.
También hice aros de cebollas para agregarle un toque extra, además de una salsa con mayonesa, Ketchup y pepinillos.
Now all that remains is to assemble the burger, we use the mushrooms as a base, add sauce, meat and onion rings and close.
Ahora solo queda armar la hamburguesa utilizamos los hongos como base, le pones salsa, la carne y los aros de cebolla y cerramos.
And now we only have to try this delight, I also made some fries to accompany it.
Y ahora solo nos queda probar esta delicia, también hice unas papas fritas para acompañar.

I've never heard or had portobello burgers before but now that I see it, I want one.
