Saludos cordiales esta ves les traigo una rica sopa de verduras ideal para prepararla cualquier día de la semana pero en especial un domingo en el almuerzo comenzamos.

Recetas:

Medio kilo de carne de costilla

  • 200 gramos de Yuca
  • 300 gramos de ocumo
  • Apio
  • Cilantro
  • Varios plátanos verdes
  • Medio kilo de ayuama
  • 1 Pimentón
  • 2 cebollas
  • 7 cabezas de Ajos
  • 3 Ají picante.

Preparacion

Lo primero es cortar la carne de costilla es pedasos luego de eso lo montamos en la hornilla y lo ponemos a cocinar a fuego lento le añadimos aceite, los aliños y un poco de sal algusto pera luego agragarlo al caldo de verduras.

Paso 2
Mientra se va cocinando la carne vamos ir picando las verduras y el aliño como el apio, el cilantro el cebillon ya que eso complementos son los que les dan el sabor a la sopa junto con la carne de costilla.

Luego de picas cada verdura como lo es la ayuama, apio, platanos yuca, y ocumo lo colocamos en la olla para luego colocarlo en la estufa y ponerlo a cocinar, tambien puedes agragar papas pero no tenia papas si tiene le puedes agregar.

Una ves cocinado todo ponemos a cocinar un poco de Arroz en una olla para acompañar la sopa de carne de costilla una ves este listo en 15 minutos retiramos de la estufa y dejamos en espere de que este lista la sopa.

Una ves cocinada la carne de costilla la colocamos en la otra olla donde se cocinaron las verduras y luego dejamos como una 15 minutos que tome sabor al fuego lento una ves listo dejamos que se repose y la servimos con un poco de arroz.
