Hey Everyone!!
Its my third cooking blog on hive and today I'm showing you a sweet dish of India with carrots, called Gajar Ka Halwa in India.
Ingredients
So here is what i used for cooking this dish👇.....
- Carrots
- Sugar
- Milk
- Khoya( a kind of milk product, made by constant heating of milk for half an hour)
Cooking...
Firstly i crushed all the carrots.
Then i took some oil in a pan.
And fried all the crushed carrot in it.
Then after 5 minutes i pour one cup of milk in it, and let it cook until the water is absorbed.
Then i put sugar and khoya in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
That's all!!!
Its ready to eat😋..
