I loved this recipe that I bring you, you know the routine of eating every day the same thing sometimes bores us, so I decided to buy some fresh corn on the cob in the market, at first I was doubtful but a few minutes later I ended up with a full bag of corn and it occurred to me to make some cachapas to enjoy as a family and share the recipe with my friends from hive.
I am very happy to do it and more happy to share it with you.
Let's start with this recipe.
We remove the leaves from the cob and shell it with the help of a knife.
We add the corn grains to the blender with a little milk, sugar and salt (we beat and stop so as not to force our blender).
Your mixture should be thick, so I recommend that you blend calmly and without haste (Add the grains little by little) and when we finish we have our mixture ready to make our cachapas.
Put a saten to heat and with the help of a napkin spread a little oil, when it is hot, you can add the cachapa mixture according to the size you want, remember to give it the shape so that it is round.
After about 2 minutes you should turn it over and let it cook on that side for 1 minute.
Butter the cachapa and fill with cheese.
Once ready, what we have left is to serve it.
Colorin colorado I hope you liked it.
