Hola queridísimos amigos de la comunidad hoy les compartiré deliciosa ensalada cocida en cuadritos tipo navideña muy rica para el almuerzo

Hello dear friends of the community, today I will share with you a delicious salad cooked in squares, very tasty for lunch.

Ingredientes/ingredients

• 4 papas
• 4 huevos
• 3 zanahorias
• 1/2 cuchara de aceite
• 1 cucharita de sal
• 1/2 cuchara de mostaza
• 2 cucharas de mayonesa

• 4 potatoes
• 4 eggs
• 3 carrots
• 1/2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon mustard
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Proceso/ process

1. - primero lavamos bien las verduras y vamos a cocinar hasta que todo este blando, primero sacamos la papa y el huevo que es lo primero que se coloca blando lo colocamos en un plato para que se enfría, luego sacamos la zanahoria después que este blanda, comenzamos a pelar las papas, la zanahorias y el huevo, luego comenzamos a dividir la zanahoria para que salga en cuadritos igual con la papa

1. - first we wash the vegetables well and we are going to cook until everything is soft, first we take out the potato and the egg that is the first thing that is placed soft we place it on a plate to cool, then we take out the carrot after it is soft, we begin to peel the potatoes, carrots and egg, then we begin to divide the carrot so that it comes out in squares the same as the potato.

2. - luego realizamos en mismo procedimiento con el huevo, luego con un cucharon de espaguetis vamos a revolver, luego agregamos el aceite , la sal y la mostaza y seguimos revolviendo y luego agregamos la mayonesa y listo

Y listos amigos así queda esta deliciosa ensalada yo la acompañe con carne y plátano y al final le agregue cilantro seco, gracias a todos por leerme y apoyarme
