Hello dear friends of the community, I hope you are well this time I will be sharing the secret of the movie popcorn, I want to tell you that I love this popcorn and without telling you lies I tried to do it 4 times because I did not get it until the last one was the last I investigated because there are many recipes, I do not know if it was me or they did not give the recipe well but I will share with you how I made them and they were very rich
But first let's talk about caramelized popcorn, we have to know that popcorn, depending on the country, can be called in different ways: cotufas, pochoclos, cabritas, roscas, canchas, poporopos, canguil or crispetas, etcetera. With salt, without salt, with sugar, colored, with butter.
Ingredientes/ Ingredients
- 1/2 taza de maíz
- 2 cucharadas de aceite
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 1/4 de mantequilla
- 30ml de leche
- Pizca de bicarbonato
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 30 ml milk
- Pinch of baking soda
Preparación/ Preparation
1.- Agregamos las dos cucharas de aceite en una olla y colocamos las palomitas
2.- Revolvemos y tapamos y dejamos que exploten todos los maíz y así queda nuestra palomitas y reservamos

5.- Cuando el azúcar este liquida y con color caramelo colocamos el 1/4 de mantequilla y seguido la leche y revolvemos

7.- Después de integrar todos los ingredientes y nos quede así
8.- Bajamos el fuego un poco y vamos agregando poco a poco las palomitas hasta cubrirlas todas con el caramelo y listo estas ricas palomitas
